Three bids for Wrocław Świebodzki
Three entities have submitted their bids in the final stage of the public tender aimed at selecting an investor that will take care of land development on the site adjoining Wrocław Świebodzki railway station. The partner for this investment will be picked in the second quarter of 2015.
The project includes the construction of commercial buildings and renovation of the station’s historic main building. There are also plans to reopen the station to passenger traffic. All works will be carried out on the basis of a concept prepared by an investor chosen in a public tender.
The investment will be conducted on a land parcel spanning 28 hectares, situated within roughly a kilometer of the Old Town Market Square. The bids were submitted by the following investors: Archicom Invest Sp. z o.o., Consortium Anguloa Trading Limited and TriGranit Development Polska Sp. z o.o., Consortium HB Reavis Poland Sp. z o.o. and Polcom Investment XII Sp. z o.o.
The project partner will be selected in the second quarter of 2015.
